Man-moirs

Man-moirs

Similar but decidedly different from Mammoirs™, Man-moirs are tales of the breast told from the male perspective. Read what men really think about breasts and would like women to know.

Most woman are not happy with them...the big ones want them perkier, the small ones want them bigger!

While the size and shape of my wife's breasts is certainly arousing, it is not everything. Our sexual relationship is also about attitude. So even if the cans were smaller, enthusiasm could win me over.

Truth is, breast size is a man to man issue, a way of asserting masculinity. "Hey look at the rack on that babe!" It is not a man to woman matter. If a man likes a woman, breast size doesn't matter.

I think most women are influenced by what the media says their figure should look like. Whether or not they are comfortable or not depends a great deal on their personality I believe.

Women are their own worst enemies and EXTREMELY critical. I am amazed at how the most tender and caring woman can turn into a blood-thirsty ravenous beast, when it comes time to talk about how another woman looks, wears, says, or acts!! So consequently, that same woman looks at herself just as critically. I think societal pressures have increased that "Gotta be perfect" attitude. Society is much more judgmentally focused on appearance and not character.

Men are not all the same. We do not all buy Playboy Magazine. We do not all think Pamela Anderson is the ideal body image. Some of us know what a hemi-head engine is, but never saw the show she was on. So, if any of you are trying to come to terms with your own body image, remember that the images pitched to you by the media only represent the extremes. Most supermodels resemble the adolescent fixations of men who are attracted to other men. Most advertising models resemble the adolescent fixations of men who are paid to act like boys. Real men may act like boys but, when it comes time to settle down, they want something real. There's nothing real about Pamela Anderson's breasts.

I think it is ok to breastfeed in public as it would be stupid to ask the rest of the population to go eat in a room out of sight.

Breasts have always had a powerful influence over me for as long as I can remember. It's not something I fully understand although I think about it a lot.

I have been married for 35 years and my partner's breasts have changed a lot over that time - especially having breast-fed our four daughters. However, no matter how many times I see her breasts, each time is almost like the first time over again. I just love seeing them. (I also quite like seeing her at any time - fully dressed or not.)

I am amazed that after walking this planet for more than half a century I still adore breasts as much as ever. First up, size is NOT important. It can be a carefree young woman with tiny breasts under a t-shirt or a woman with massive cleavage. All give me an incredibly warm feeling. It's almost as if a breast sighting a day keeps the doctor away. By breast sighting I don't mean a naked breast. It can be a fully clothed breast just nicely shaped under a top.

I am interested in how I turn to breasts when I am sad or feeling down. When I feel like this it's nice to see breasts beautifully displayed in fine artwork (as opposed to 'manufactured' breasts in Playboy etc) or on the beach or wherever. Deep down I think this reminds me of being protected by my mother's breasts although I have no memory of this.

I would be interested to know other men's stories about how breasts make them feel.

I've been fascinated by breasts since puberty (which is shocking, I know!). Early impressions were gained through Playboy's (90's), so initially big, fake breasts were what I thought was the norm... think Anna Nichole Smith. I soon learned that Playboy girls often had implants and then searched for the real thing. It was then quite easy to tell the real thing from fakes... and I've never looked at breasts in quite the same way. Natural breasts are one of the most beautiful, aesthetically pleasing parts of the female anatomy... whether they are "barely there" or they are huge and pendulous (though big breasts are more of a turn-on for me). Soft, squeezable and bouncy really does it for me.
Another thing is that, like all other human features, breasts are all different and it's always exciting to see or imagine what they might look like. Everything from size of breasts to the color of nipples and the size/shape of areola... it's all very fascinating to me. I'm not sure if women have any reference point on males to compare to what I'm talking about (penis size/shape, etc.)? Seeing a woman walk by and catching a bounce or jiggle through her blouse/bra or an erect nipple poking through, or catching a glance of cleavage when bent over... all of those little things are enough to cause a little thrill and make my heart beat a little faster. And spotting a braless woman? Phew... it's hard to describe! Maybe I'm strange, but breasts always trigger a bit (or if I'm lucky, a lot!!) of euphoria. Some guys are into feet, some into legs, etc... I'm definitely a "breast man!!"
So ladies, appreciate what you've got naturally... there'll always be a guy (or girl) out there that will appreciate what you were given!

Testimonials

Boob Lady Testimonials Dear Elisabeth,

Thank you very much for coming to our class. It was really cool how you were really open about everything. At first we were a little shy but you were funny and playful and funky and it helped us all relax. You helped make me a lot less self-conscious about talking about my body.

Thanks again!

Bras for Men

Q: Dear Elisabeth, I know it is odd asking you for help as I am a male. I guess getting older and having health issues and meds kinda threw a loop at me. Would you please advise me if there are any male friendly sites or stores for a fitting and bra? I am currently in a sports bra and it helps a great deal just not so comfortable. I guess I'd really like one that fits right. The Dr. has informed me I must stay on the meds for now for my prostrate. He also said side effects happen and I am one of the ......
